What is your return policy?
Our priority is happy campers, so if there’s something wrong with your order, please let us know by contacting us at Info @ PraiseworthyGoods.com and we'll be happy to see how we can help.  Please send photos of the product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order.  We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

 

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?
We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us promptly at Info @ PraiseworthyGoods.com with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

 

Can I exchange an item for a different size/color?
Please remember that your products are made to order, specifically for you, to your specifications.

Before placing your order, please confirm via the specific product description and corresponding size chart that you are ordering according to the appropriate measurements.  Size designations vary style by style, so please be sure to double check.  There is a size chart for every item listed on our store, as well as any size-related suggestions we may have, within the product description section.
